Congratulations to Whitebead Teachers Susan Capers, Rebecca Miller, and Erica Shippey on receiving Pauls Valley Foundation for Academic Excellence Grants during a recent visit to the school by the PVFAE Board members.
Mrs. Capers received two grants. Students in Art Classes will be making a "Buzz in the Art Room" and "Finding Connections with Art in Nature."
Mrs. Miller received three grants for Third Grade including the Colley Family Grant - "Air Mills Tree Farm,” "Get-N-Go Centers- Meeting the Needs of All Students,” and "Oklahoma Territory to Statehood/Different Cultures Point of View" grants.
Mrs. Shippey received two grants for First Grade including the Pauls Valley National Bank Grant - "All Aboard the Polar Express; Take Two" and "Characteristics on Canvas: Collaboration With-In the Community."
